Patrick’s philosophy, “At The Actor’s Spot, our focus is “Moment to Moment” – learning to quit acting and start listening, believing and reacting. Each class is limited to 14 students, allowing our instructors to provide hands-on work with each and every actor. The Actor’s Spot was created to encourage people starting out in the entertainment industry, as well as to provide a forum for seasoned actors to work out and continue growing.” Over the weekend, you will start by working your improv skills and cold read. AFTRA (PAID) - Disney Channel Games
——————————————
CONTACT: Traci of Brevard Talent BrevardTalentGrp@aol.com [ONLY contact Traci if you absolutely qualify for these roles! We are posting this knowing that there will only be a few people with these skills.]
Product: Disney Channel Games
Call backs: TBD
Shoot Date(s): April see below
Wardrobe fitting: TBD
The specs are as follows (This is from the client. They want specific skills for this job. Do not contact Brevard Talent if you do not qualify.)
We now want to also cast two Refs, from a pool of folks that are either “safety coordinators" and or “stunt people", preferably one of each. Reason being, we would like them to not only be able to make “calls on plays", we also will need them to pronounce a game or element of a game safe to proceed.
Example: Chariot Race game. Members of each team are given parts to assemble into a “chariot"…and then all team members push, pull or ride their way to the finish…..our “Ref” will need to “bless” the chariot before proceeding (for example, make sure the wheels are properly secured with a pin type device, so the wheels don’t fall off mid race). It’s a lot of common sense and stunt type safety experience I think. Must be appear comfortable and natural, but have ref authority in front of camera.
As with previous specs - casting for all ethnicities, F-M, age 25 and older. In a few words we need stunt coordinators or stunt people that know safety. We want people who can learn the rules we’ve created and will fairly call them with authority. Must be comfortable on camera but no acting experience necessary. Except for calls they have no lines.
AFTRA scale - Shoot Dates: 4-5 days. Talent needs to be available for all days.
Monday April 28, Tuesday April 29, Thursday May 1, Friday May 2, On Hold Saturday May 3, On Hold Wednesday April 30
