Screen Actors Guild To Strictly Enforce New Reinstatement Rules For Members Who Resign
Los Angeles (June 13, 2007)—Screen Actors Guild today announced that its National Board of Directors approved new procedures and policies governing reinstatement of membership for actors who choose to resign from Screen Actors Guild.
Effective June 14, 2007, the policy of Screen Actors Guild is that resigning union membership is a permanent decision. In accordance with Article IV of the Screen Actors Guild Constitution, members who resign are not eligible for reinstatement to the Guild, however such persons may petition for a waiver of this policy. The reinstatement candidate seeking a waiver of this policy is required to schedule an appearance before the Disciplinary Review Committee and present a petition for reinstatement. The petition for reinstatement must include a list of all non-union work done during the period of time between resignation and reinstatement. For Full article, click here:

Tom feels this is his best class, people walk out the most awed. He also states that in this class he is a totally different teacher, different class, everything. CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
If you enroll in a class or seminar and need to cancel for any reason prior to 24hrs from the start of the class, you will be given an Actors Info Booth Inc. credit for the full amount which may be used towards any other class in the future (excluding Raymond Forchion workshops and any first-time workshops) . All credits expire 12 months from the original class date.
If you cancel in less than 24hrs from the start of class all credits will be given at the discretion of Actors Info Booth Inc. depending on the reason.
If you do not show up for a class and do not call to cancel, you forfeit your class and credit.
If you have a credit and apply it to a class and do not show up or cancel, you forfeit your credit.
If an instructor has to postpone/change/cancel the workshop date for any reason - there are no refunds, only credits.
Credits are non-transferable.
There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. All future transactions after a returned check must be cash or credit card.
Please note: Because of the nature of the entertainment industry, occasionally dates or times may change.
