About Actors Info Booth
Actors Info Booth was started in 2001 by Linda Fionte.
Laura and Lisa Bunbury acquired Actors Info Booth and incorporated in August of 2004. Laura had been interning with Linda Fionte (former owner of AIB) for almost two years when Linda suffered a stroke in March of ‘04. As family and friends struggled to keep the business going, it became evident that additional help was needed. Linda needed to focus 100% on recovery and the business was second priority.
It was at this point that Linda approached Laura and Lisa about purchasing the business. We agreed and the rest is AIB history!
Laura and Lisa have a real passion for this industry. Laura is a casting director and enjoys being behind the scenes, making the creative decisions. Lisa enjoys being in front of the camera and all of the creativity that comes with it. Our desire is to bring information, instruction and tools to actors in South Florida and beyond. We want to be the number one source for industry news and castings. We are here to serve the acting community.
If we can help a new actor learn how to get started, keep them away from the most common pitfalls and provide training that builds their confidence - then we have fulfilled our mission here at Actors Info Booth Inc.
