Q: Michael, what advice would you give to actors just getting out to LA?

A:  My advice to any actor coming to LA is when he or she gets here, do as many casting director workshops as possible.  It's a great way to start building relationships, learn about the business from a casting directors point of view, and to start getting quality auditions without being with top representation.  If an actor is ready to work and show off his or her skills, they are the best way to get momentum in a short amount of time.

Also recently co-starred on "Grey's Anatomy", Mike loves the procedural dramas and the episodic work.
